Arrival in Arusha

Upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, Mzimba Adventures' team will warmly welcome you and facilitate your transfer to your hotel either in Arusha or Arusha town. Here, you'll have the pleasure of meeting your safari guide, who will provide you with essential information about the upcoming safari adventure. Your guide will brief you comprehensively, ensuring you're well-prepared for the journey ahead.

Arusha – Tarangire National Park:

Commencing at 0700hrs, you will depart from your hotel in Arusha or Arusha and venture towards the Tarangire National Park. This park boasts a remarkable landscape dotted with iconic baobab trees, along with a diverse array of wildlife including a significant elephant population and a plethora of bird species. Following a captivating tour of the park, you'll be transferred to your lodge where you'll spend the night, immersed in the wilderness.

Karatu Town – Serengeti National Park:

After a refreshing breakfast, the journey proceeds towards the Serengeti National Park, passing through the picturesque farmlands of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Descending into the heart of the Serengeti, you'll be greeted by its expansive plains, home to an abundance of wildlife. The Seronera area, renowned for its rich biodiversity, will be explored during an afternoon game drive, offering glimpses of the park's diverse inhabitants. Subsequently, you'll retire to your lodge for a restful evening amidst the untamed beauty of the Serengeti.

Serengeti – Ngorongoro Conservation Area:

Embracing the tranquility of dawn, you'll embark on an early morning game drive, a prime time for wildlife observation. Following breakfast at the camp, another exhilarating game drive awaits, where encounters with various species, including wildebeests, zebras, and predators like lions and cheetahs, are commonplace. After a delightful picnic lunch, the journey continues towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, promising a captivating overnight stay amid its natural splendor.

Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha:

An early start beckons as you descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site famed for its breathtaking scenery and prolific wildlife. The crater's diverse ecosystem hosts an array of species, offering the chance to witness the famed Big Five and numerous other creatures. Following a morning of awe-inspiring game viewing and a picnic lunch, the journey back to Arusha commences, culminating in your arrival by early evening.

Departure Day:

Concluding your memorable safari, this day allows for relaxation at the hotel before your transfer to the airport for your onward journey.
