Day 1

TOUR ITINERARY

At 05:00 am, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Arusha, equipped with your packed lunch. Our journey will commence on the tarmac road, covering a distance of 190km to reach the Ngorongoro gate. Continuing onward, we'll descend into the crater, immersing ourselves in a comprehensive exploration of this unique ecosystem.
Prepare to be captivated by the abundant wildlife against the breathtaking backdrop of the Ngorongoro Crater, the focal point of the conservation area. These drives offer unparalleled opportunities to encounter the elusive black rhino, often spotted roaming the crater floor. Renowned as one of the world's most remarkable natural spectacles, the Ngorongoro Crater never fails to enchant visitors with its magical ambiance and diverse wildlife. It's a place where you may even be fortunate enough to witness the famed Big Five.
For lunch, we'll indulge in a picnic beside one of the hippo pools nestled on the crater floor. Following this, our game drive will continue, traversing through the crater's various ecosystems. Expect to encounter woodlands teeming with zebra and baboon, vast plains inhabited by scavenging hyenas, and a lake adorned with the pink hues of greater and lesser flamingos.
