Starting with Manyara National Park, where you will witness tree-climbing lions, an astonishing variety of birds, and wallowing hippos, you will proceed to Tarangire. Tarangire is known for its Savannah plains, immense herds of elephants, numbering up to 300, and migratory wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, impala, gazelle, hartebeest, and eland crowding the shrinking lagoons of the Tara River, marking the start of your four-day safari expedition.
Afterward, you will proceed to Serengeti and then Ngorongoro Crater, allowing you to see the diverse topography and wildlife that East Africa offers. Making your way from the rim of the crater to Serengeti through the adventurous roads of the hollowed-out Ngorongoro, while seeing animals, birds, and reptiles along the way. Upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, Mzimba Adventures' team will warmly welcome you and facilitate your transfer to your hotel either in Arusha or Arusha town. Your guide will brief you comprehensively, ensuring you're well-prepared for the journey ahead.
Depart from Arusha after breakfast for the drive to Lake Manyara National Park. The journey takes approximately two hours, passing through the market town of Mto Wa Mbu along the way. This agricultural and fresh produce market is a melting pot of local cultures and a souvenir hunter's paradise. After a brief stop at the village market, enter Lake Manyara National Park.
The park is a photographer's playground and offers some of the best game drives in the world. Expect to see many of Africa's most well-known animals, with the tree-climbing lions being a particular treat. These proud predators lounge in acacia trees, practically begging to be photographed. Bird-watchers will find Lake Manyara an absolute delight, with a huge variety of birds on display in the park. Even novices can expect to be amazed by large flamingo flocks, circling birds of prey, and the brightly colored lilac-breasted roller. Return to your chosen accommodation for dinner and a good night's rest.
After breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park. Arrive at the gate around 10:00 a.m. Proceed on a game drive upon entering the park. Animals expected to be seen include elephants, Dik Dik, leopards, zebra, giraffe, lions, ostrich, and many more. Enjoy lunch at a nice picnic site. Afterward, continue with a game drive. Depart from the park around four in the afternoon and head to the Ngorongoro Crater rim, where you are expected to arrive around 17:30hrs for overnight accommodation and dinner.

Follow the animal migration at the Northern Serengeti where you will be able to see wildebeest, zebra, topi, hartebeest, eland, antelope, hyena, and a variety of birds. Continue with game viewing in Serengeti before heading to the gate to check out. Proceed with a game drive en route to Ngorongoro Crater. Dinner and overnight at a campsite at the rim of the crater.
After breakfast, descend into the crater with a packed lunch, enjoying a game drive for more than six hours. The Ngorongoro Crater is one of the most densely crowded African wildlife areas in the world and is home to an estimated 30,000 animals. After a picnic lunch, continue with a game drive before driving back to Arusha Town in the late afternoon.
